Skullcandy Customer Service Woes - Skullcandy Method earbuds


I ordered a set of earbuds online. Two days later I received an email saying my order had been cancelled due to item being out of stock. My Visa had been charged right away though! The Email stated that my refund would be issued in 7-10 business days. When that didn't happen, I contacted them, they said to contact Paypal as they submitted refund to them!

It seems odd that they charge my Visa before confirming that they even had the product? Now I'm in touch with Papal.
