Horrible customer service - Skullcandy Hesh Headphones

This is my first and LAST time ordering or having anything to do with Skullcandy !! I ordered some hesh 2 Barcelona headphones for my son on Sunday December 19,2014. Paid the extra $27 for two day shipping. Wednesday the 24th arrives and nothing!! I call customer service and the woman tells me she can't find my order. Then she tells me her supervisor will check and see about my order and she will send me a email ASAP to let me know the status! Never received an email or the headphones!! My credit card has also had a hold for the $83 on it since Monday! So today I call back (December 26) and the customer service rep says the headphones were out of stock and that's why they didn't ship. Also I will have to wait until Monday to have my money released! So I still have no headphones, couldn't give my son his Christmas gift for Christmas and my credit card still has my money tied up!! DIDNT EVEN GET AN APOLOGY FROM THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP! I understand stuff happens....if they would have let me know they were out of stock when I called the first time, I still would have had time to run to the store and get some headphones from one of the electronics stores that was still open! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER AND OVERALL SERVICE! WILL NEVER DEAL WITH SKULLCANDY AGAIN!!!
